Terms of purchase

Connect by VitaCoach is a SaaS subscription providing customer relationship management, digital customer journeys, landing pages and AI-assisted follow-up tools for independent direct sellers. VitaCoach AS is a software vendor and does not sell physical products.

Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. The Starter pack is a one-time payment of €49 that includes onboarding, your personal landing page, the first month of your chosen subscription tier and 100 AI credits. From day 31 your chosen subscription (€15, €25 or €35 per month depending on tier) starts automatically. Annual billing is available with a 2-month discount.

You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) from the date of your Starter pack purchase. Contact us at support@vitacoach.online within 14 days for a full refund. Withdrawals after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, consistent with Norwegian consumer law for digital services that have been activated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible via Settings → Billing when logged in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made. Unused AI credits are cleared on cancellation.

We store and process your data in accordance with GDPR. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. You can request a data export or account deletion at any time by emailing support@vitacoach.online.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved by Norwegian courts, with Kristiansand as the venue.
